The first of my two children started at TECS South as a first grade student when the school opened in 2005 and attended through 9th grade. My second child began as a kindergarten student in 2007 and attended through 8th grade. I was so impressed with the teachers, curriculum, high-quality education, and atmosphere of the school. I liked how the dress code aided in avoiding distraction from what is important while at school. I became part of the parent organization that same year. This is a great way to get an in-depth, "behind the scenes" look at how well our school is run and how much the staff cares about our students. They make sure our students receive the best education and experience while attending Thomas Edison. I like that my kids had most of the same teachers throughout middle school and were able to build professional friendships with them.
