I have loved the experiences I have had with Thomas Edison Charter School over the years as a teacher and parent because of the positive atmosphere and high expectations integrated into our school. I love working at a place where I feel valued as a teacher, and I am given the tools to empower my students to succeed in learning and in life.
I taught at Thomas Edison Charter School from 2009-2013 and am so glad to be returning this year after spending some years at home with my children. I am passionate about teaching and want to make a difference in the lives of each of my students. I am originally from Cache Valley and am so happy I have been able to stay in this community with my husband and four children. As a family, we enjoy camping, playing games together, and family movie nights. Some of my hobbies are running, scrapbooking, reading, and baking. I have wanted to be a teacher since I was in 1st grade and am so grateful to be working in a profession I love.
