Qualifications:
TECS has the support and structure that parents, teachers, and students need. The community that is established as a school is what separates us from other surrounding schools. I love that the TECS has high expectations and the students rise to those.
I have wanted to be a teacher since I was in third grade myself. My third grade teacher, Mrs. Miller was so organized, kind, prepared, and well versed in all things education. I knew at that young age I wanted to be that kind of teacher to future children. I hope that I am giving my students the same opportunities and support that make them feel unique and cared for.
I have lived in Cache Valley since graduating from USU. I have fallen in love with the beautiful scenery and wonderful people that are here. I love to take my RZR on rides through the mountains and take my golden retriever on lots of adventures. I also love to craft, bake sourdough, create digital resources, and spend time with family.
