Thomas Edison: I love teaching music! I was originally attracted to Thomas Edison Charter School because of their demonstrated dedication to the performing arts. I have since learned that this dedication and pursuit of excellence is present across all academic areas and includes many unique learning opportunities and programs for students. The school culture is characterized by a positive atmosphere that truly fosters connection, kindness, and continual improvement. I am honored to be a part of this community and work with these amazing students, families, and colleagues.
I grew up in Cache Valley and I love working with aspiring young musicians. My primary instrument is the double bass. I enjoy playing classical music with chamber ensembles and symphony orchestras. When I'm not playing or teaching music, I love spending time with my family, playing board games, doing arts and crafts, and traveling. My favorite place to travel to is Germany.
