Mären Wendel started her Thomas Edison journey fresh out of college in the fall of 2004. She taught first grade for two years before her children started coming along. Mären and her husband Spencer have 4 wonderful children; Amalie, Julia, Peter, and Alia. Mären taught preschool three different times, was an aide at a school, and taught VIPKid during her 14 years of raising kids. In fall 2020, she came back to TECS and taught third grade at South campus. She is now teaching kindergarten at North campus. Mären loves the color blue, dogs, and being in theatre productions.
