I love teaching at Thomas Edison Charters School because of our commitment to high academic and behavior standards. At our school, students are taught the importance of respect and responsibility, values that extend beyond the classroom. As educators, when we model these principles, students not only meet expectations, but often excel in various aspects, laying the foundation for their success.
At school, I'm passionate about inspiring students to explore their interests and plan for their futures. I enjoy the excitement students get from discovering a new subject they're interested in and the pride they have when they are able to complete something that's been challenging for them.
Away from the school setting, I embrace the roles of a wife and mother to two wonderful children—a son and a daughter. Our time together at home often involve cooking, baking, and enjoying nature. I also love activities such as camping, hiking, enjoying comedy, playing pickleball and racquetball, and cherishing quality time with my loved ones.
